Specific Sponsorship Levels
Business and corporate sponsors are critical in helping CSRT achieve its mission to create athletes that are competitive at all levels, through quality coaching and premier training facilities. The generosity of our sponsors keeps program fees at accessible levels for all athletes. Fees paid by participants cover only the costs of the coaching staff. Additional funds are essential to every aspect of the program from racing and timing equipment to providing athletic scholarships. Your sponsorship of CSRT would provide you with an exceptional access to a large target market of active outdoor oriented consumers. Most importantly, as a sponsor of CSRT you make it possible for our youth to enjoy a fun and healthy activity at affordable prices. All donations are tax deductible.

PLATINUM SPONSOR – EXCLUSIVE!
$10,000 or more per year (3 yr commitment)
Hosted Race
- Race to be named after your corporation.
- All gate panels to have your corporate logo, name, and/or picture.
- Your corporate logo and name on all race entry forms and information packets.
- Your corporate logo and name on all race t-shirts.
- Your corporate logo and name prominently displayed on race fencing during hosted races.
- Your corporate logo and name will prominently appear as a link on our website's home page.
- Your corporate logo and name prominently displayed on leader-board.
- Your corporate logo and name on racer bibs for Signage
- Banner on Cooper Spur Lodge and timing building all season.
- Unlimited banners at all CSRT hosted races- up to 8 provided by CSRT.
- Prominent sign at annual golf tournament to be held at Indian Creek Golf Course.

- Recognized on CSRT home page with logo and direct link to your

Exclusiveness - No competitor in your industry allowed exposure at CSRT events.

Event Participation
- Two team entries (8 players) to our annual golf tournament and silent
auction.
GOLD SPONSOR
$7,500 or more per year (3 yr commitment)
As a Gold sponsor, your corporation will receive:
- Be a named sponsor of all CSRT hosted races
- Unlimited banners at all CSRT hosted races – up to 4 provided by CSRT.
- Corporate logo and name on all race entry forms and information packets for CSRT hosted races.
- Corporate logo and name on all race t-shirts.
- Corporate logo and name on banners, to be displayed on race fencing during CSRT hosted races.
- Corporate logo and name displayed near leader-board.
- Acknowledgment of your support in the local newspaper.
- Corporate logo and name will appear on CSRT webpage.
- One team entry (4 players) to our annual golf tournament and silent auction.
- Hole signage at CSRT annual golf tournament to be held at Indian Creek Golf Course.
SILVER SPONSOR
$5,000 or more per year (3 yr commitment)
As a Silver sponsor, your corporation will receive:
- Corporate logo and name on race entry forms and information packets for CSRT hosted races.
- Corporate logo and name on all race t-shirts.
- Corporate logo and name on banners, to be displayed on race fencing during CSRT hosted races.
- Unlimited banners at all CSRT hosted races – up to 2 provided by CSRT.
- Corporate logo and name will appear on CSRT webpage.
- Hole signage at CSRT annual golf tournament to be held at Indian Creek Golf Course.
- Acknowledgment of your support in the local newspaper.
BRONZE SPONSOR
$2,500 or more per year, (3 yr commitment)
As a Bronze sponsor, your corporation will receive:
- Corporate logo and name on race entry forms and information packets for CSRT hosted races.
- Corporate logo and name on all race t-shirts.
- One race banner provided by CSRT to be displayed at the finish area at all CSRT hosted races.
- Corporate logo and name will appear on CSRT webpage.
- Corporate logo and name will appear on CSRT annual golf tournament entry form.
- Acknowledgment of your support in the local newspaper.
LOCAL BUSINESS SPONSORSHIPS
CSRT is seeking to enlarge our level of local community support through
the development of business sponsor packages. The Thunder, Raceway, and
Accelerator level sponsor options provide all who ski at Cooper Spur
Ski Area the opportunity to recognize your business as a supporter of
CSRT. There is no minimum annual commitment at this sponsorship level.
ACCELERATOR LEVEL SPONSOR
$1,000 or more
As an Accelerator level sponsor of CSRT your business will receive:
- Your corporate logo and name on race entry forms and information packets for CSRT hosted races.
- One banner provided by CSRT to be displayed at CSRT hosted races.
- Acknowledgment of your support in the local newspaper.
- Acknowledgment of your support at race awards ceremony.
RACEWAY LEVEL SPONSOR
$500 or more
As a Raceway level sponsor of the CSRT your business will receive:
- Your corporate logo and name on race entry forms and information packets for CSRT hosted races.
- Acknowledgment of your support in the local newspaper.
- Acknowledgment of your support at race awards ceremony.
THUNDER LEVEL SPONSOR
$250 or more
As a Thunder level sponsor of the CSRT your business will receive:
- Your logo and name on race entry forms for CSRT hosted races.
- Acknowledgment of your support in the local newspaper.
“FRIEND OF CSRT”
Our “friend of CSRT” sponsorship is for private individuals interested
in helping with the ongoing expenses of running our program by way of a monetary
donation. In recognition of your donation your name will appear on our webpage.
This sponsorship is only available to private individuals and not to corporate
sponsors.
PRODUCT SPONSOR
If you would prefer to purchase or provide product such as gates, bibs, coach radios, etc. we would be very happy to work with you. The cost of the product would be used to ascertain your company’s sponsorship level and the appropriate recognition.
